Ruben Simon Jr
General manager and chief farmer. BS Agribusiness Management graduate from UPLB and had a career in consulting ranging from financial inclusion, agri-value chains, as well as government and public sector. Currently taking up Master of Agriculture in Horticulture also at UPLB.
Erliben Simon
Chief chocolatier and head of production operations and product development. BS Electronics Communications Engineering graduate from Ateneo de Zamboanga and a licensed ECE. Once worked for one of the leading telecommunications businesses in the country as an engineer and security architect.
