We use our dark bean-to-bar chocolate as a healthier option for those who want chocolate without any chemicals, or at least a bit more natural. We use only high-quality cocoa beans from our country Philippines, which we purchase directly from farmers. Our chocolate is made with only two ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar. We don’t add milk, emulsifiers, or any other additives. We also use our chocolate in some of the recipes we provide to customers, and we sell a few products that are vegan. We make our dark chocolate from scratch, in small batches, using only the highest quality ingredients. We own and operate a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Bulacan, Philippines where we roast cocoa beans and make chocolate from scratch.
Bean-to-bar dark chocolate is made with pure cocoa beans, pure cane sugar, and nothing else. Our unique process infuses the natural goodness of our cacao into chocolate bar form, creating a rich, satisfying snack or dessert that’s both flavorful and healthy. Our goal is to create the best dark chocolate available, and we’re working hard to achieve that. We want people around the world to enjoy our delicious, handcrafted chocolate bars. Our commitment to quality starts with sourcing only high-grade cocoa beans from farmers who care about their land as much as we do. We carefully roast our beans, which preserves their natural flavor. Then we grind them and combine them with pure cane sugar to make a smooth, creamy paste called chocolate liquor. Once we’ve created the perfect blend of chocolate and sugar, it is then tempered and pour it into molds to harden. The result is a delicious dark chocolate bar that’s full of flavor and easy on the teeth! We hope you enjoy our bars as much as we enjoy making them for you.
